Credit cards are charged in full at point of sale rather than at point of shipment. Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before orders can be fulfilled. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. All shipping charges are not-refundable.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.
To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipment as “ gifts “.
Lost Damaged by Postal Service: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email ( 6 weeks for international ), please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Thank you for understanding this.
Returned Mail: If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
Refused/Unclaimed Mail: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
We accept returns of most unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and it must have all original tags attached.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return
Request a Return Authorization by emailing email@example.com with your order number, the name of the item and the size you would like to return, and the reason why the item did not work out.
After receiving our authorization you can mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: if an item received is determined damaged or is the result of another error on our behalf, we will refund you the cost of return shipping but only according to our Return Authorization and Shipment Instructions.
Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason.
Refunds ( if applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges ( if applicable )
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our address following our shipment instructions.
